What should be done in the event of a dispute between a MatheTutor and a MatheStudent?
If a dispute arises, please open a support ticket so the admin team can properly address and investigate the situation. It’s important to note that MatheCord does not provide insurance on payments for tutoring sessions, as all transactions are managed directly by each MatheTutor. In cases where payment disputes occur (for instance, if a MatheTutor receives payment but does not attend the session, or if a MatheStudent fails to pay after a session), we will thoroughly investigate the issue and may implement disciplinary measures, including terminating the subscription plan and banning the responsible party. MatheCord does not condone any unethical behavior under any circumstances.
