Program Overview

The MatheCord Affiliate Program allows individuals to earn commissions by promoting MatheCord’s subscription plans. Affiliates earn a commission for each subscription purchased through their unique referral links. The program is managed through Whop.com, which provides affiliates with tracking tools, performance dashboards, and payment processing.

Eligibility

To participate in the MatheCord Affiliate Program, you must meet the following requirements:

• Age Requirement — The program is open to anyone aged 18 and above.
• Valid Contact Information — Affiliates must have a valid email address and be able to receive payments through a designated payment method.
• Good Standing — Affiliates must not have been previously banned or terminated from MatheCord or the affiliate program for policy violations.

Getting Your Affiliate Link

To obtain your unique affiliate link, sign in to your Whop.com dashboard. Your affiliate link is unique to your account and is used to track all referrals and commissions attributed to you.

All promotional content should accurately represent MatheCord’s services. Affiliates are encouraged to create original, engaging content that aligns with MatheCord’s mission and values, ensuring the quality and professionalism of the brand is reflected in all materials.

Disclosure Requirements

In accordance with advertising regulations, all affiliates are required to include clear disclaimers on all promotional content that contains affiliate links. This is a legal requirement and must be followed without exception.

Disclosures must be clearly visible and placed before the affiliate link or at the very top of a blog post, video description, or social media post. Failure to include proper disclosures may result in termination from the affiliate program.

Prohibited Activities

To maintain the integrity of the MatheCord brand and affiliate program, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Keyword Bidding — Bidding on MatheCord keywords (or variations thereof) in paid search or display ads without prior written approval from MatheCord.
• Misleading Advertising — Engaging in misleading, deceptive, or false advertising practices that misrepresent MatheCord’s services, pricing, or capabilities.
• Inappropriate Content — Promoting MatheCord on websites or platforms that contain illegal, adult, hateful, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Spam Tactics — Using unsolicited emails, messages, or any form of spam to distribute affiliate links.
• Cookie Stuffing — Placing affiliate tracking cookies without the user’s knowledge or genuine engagement with your promotional content.
• Impersonation — Impersonating MatheCord, its staff, or its brand in any promotional materials or communications.
• Self-Referral — Using your own affiliate link to purchase subscriptions for yourself or using fraudulent methods to generate commissions.

Tracking & Reporting

Each affiliate will have access to a personalized dashboard on Whop.com that tracks referral traffic, conversions, and sales. This dashboard provides real-time visibility into your performance metrics and outstanding commissions.

• Dashboard Access — Regularly log in to your Whop.com affiliate dashboard to view your performance metrics and outstanding commissions.
• Discrepancy Reporting — Report any discrepancies concerning tracking within 30 days of the commission period, as corrections may not be made after this window.
• Cookie Duration — Affiliate tracking cookies have a set duration as defined by the Whop.com platform. Referrals must convert within this window to be credited to your account.

Termination

Either MatheCord or the affiliate may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination:

• Affiliates must immediately cease all use of MatheCord promotional materials, logos, branding, and affiliate links.
• Any pending commissions will be paid out to the affiliate, contingent upon the affiliate having followed all program rules and guidelines up to the point of termination.
• MatheCord reserves the right to withhold any commissions earned through fraudulent or prohibited means.

Liability Disclaimer

MatheCord shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the affiliate program. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

Affiliates are solely responsible for complying with all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines affecting their promotional activities, including but not limited to advertising disclosure requirements, data privacy laws, and tax obligations related to commission earnings.

Amendment

MatheCord reserves the right to modify these rules and guidelines at any time. Affiliates will be informed of any changes through email notification or an announcement on the platform. Continued participation in the affiliate program following such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
