MatheChat Raffle Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before participating in the MatheChat Raffle.
1. Eligibility
Participation in the MatheChat Raffle is open to individuals who join the MatheCord server and complete the necessary steps outlined below.
2. How to Participate
To enter the raffle, participants must follow these steps:
Claim Roles
Navigate to the Choose Roles channel to claim your @MatheChallenge and/or @MatheEngage roles.
Participate in Discussions
Participate in at least three (3) math challenges and/or math engagements in the MatheChat channel.
Enter the Raffle
After completing three challenges and/or engagements, the admin team will assign participants a @MatheRaffle role, allowing access to enter the raffle in the Raffle channel.
3. Prizes
3 Months Free Subscription
Three (3) winners will be selected through a raffle drawing to receive three months free of any MatheTutor or MatheStudent plan. Please visit the subscription plan channel to view all plans and their benefits.
Claiming Prizes
Winners will be required to open a ticket in order to claim their three months free of their selected membership plan. Detailed instructions for opening a ticket will be provided at the time of the announcement.
4. Coupon Code Usage Limit
Only one coupon code may be applied per order. Any attempts to use multiple coupon codes in a single transaction will result in the system automatically applying only the first code entered.
5. Coupon Code Instructions
To redeem your free three-month subscription, please follow these steps:
- Visit the subscription page at whop.com/joined/mathecord
- Select your desired subscription plan.
- During the subscribing process, you will find an option to enter your coupon code.
- Input your coupon code in the designated field to activate your free three-month subscription.
Note: Ensure that you complete the subscription process for your coupon code to be applied successfully.
6. Automatic Payment Terms
Important: After the free three-month subscription period ends, your payment method on file will be automatically charged for the subscription plan. If you do not wish to continue with the subscription, please ensure that you cancel before the end of the three-month period.
Refunds after payment has been received are not permitted. To avoid any unwanted charges, it is your responsibility to manage your subscription accordingly.
7. Participation Guidelines
- Only legitimate participation in math challenges and engagements will be accepted. Spam comments will not count as valid participation and may lead to disqualification from the raffle.
- Ensure that you follow all steps correctly to qualify for entry.
Warning: Any participant found violating these guidelines, including submitting spam or fraudulent entries, may be permanently disqualified and banned from future MatheCord events.
8. Changes to Terms
MatheCord reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants are encouraged to regularly review the terms for any updates.
